PLACES TO PLAY
NOTE: Portable nets are available to borrow for a few hours at Palo Duro Sports and FitnessCenter (Monday thru Friday, primary use would be at nearby Montgomery Park which has 4 pickleball courts lined on tennis courts) and at Alamosa Community Center (Monday thru Saturday, primary use at nearby Alamosa Park, which has 8 courts lined on tennis courts).
Use this list to quickly find the venues in your NM area that have pickleball. If there is no listing for your city it does not mean there is no place to play, try the local community centers, senior centers, and multicultural centers. You can also check USAPickleball.org for nationwide information.
Indoor venues do not have pickleball courts available full time, so be prepared to help setup and take down the nets and standards. Because we will be sharing these facilities with others we may have pickleball bumped or changed to accommodate other activities. Don’t forget about holidays. City of Albuquerque’s Senior Centers and Multigenerational Centers will usually include Saturday closings for Friday holidays and sometimes for Monday holidays. Most indoor venues are closed to pickleball during the summer days due to children’s activities.
